A ninety-year family lineage of Jijona ice-cream and turrón sellers that put down permanent roots in Valencia capital in 1982 and built its reputation not on sweetness but on savoury invention — smoked salmon and Asturian fabada alongside the classics — winning national artisan competitions along the way.
